Elliott were required to provide high specification office accommodation for Rolls Royce at their headquarters in Derby. This temporary modular building consisting of 82 modules was designed to the highest standards in keeping with this prestigious customer's requirement and to house 300 staff.
Goodrich - Modular Office Accommodation
Elliott were given the opportunity to design and build a temporary office facility for a client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. The accommodation is designed and developed to house around 300 staff temporarily for 5 years.
Elliott was commissioned by BAA Southampton to design and construct a permanent building at Southampton Airport that is used for crew facilities for Flybe, British Airways, ScotAirways, Britair as well as facilities for the handling staff at Aviance and BAA.
Tube Lines Permanent Volumetric Accommodation Building
Elliott was commissioned by Tube Lines Ltd to construct a state-of-the-art technical training, apprentice workshop and accommodation building, along with modular office accommodation and a security gatehouse, at Stratford Market Depot in East London.
Aunt Bessies Marketing Suite
Elliott were awarded the contract to build Aunt Bessies a brand new permanent marketing and office facility based in Hull, consisting of 12no modules giving a total floor area of 374 square metres.

The client was creating a new shipping container yard and required an office that was aesthetically pleasing and offered good visibility for ingoing & outgoing container movements.
Veolia were looking for a new building to replace their existing aging head office but wanted something that looked more prestigious.
They had steered away from a traditional build due to time constraints, they wanted to keep time off site to a minimum as they were having to rent office space elsewhere whilst construction took place. Therefore they looked towards an offsite construction.
