Welfare Accommodation Case Study
The competitive enquiry was received to accommodate present and anticipated Bovis Lend Lease labour (approximately 3000 operatives at peak) during their challenging construction phase, making provision from site operatives (dirty boot areas) to visiting VIP’s and Bovis Lend Lease Directors.
Three Storey Construction Site Complex
A high quality range of Elliott Moduflex modules were installed to create a site complex for a prestigious new site.
The purpose of this building was to provide initial welfare facilities during the ‘start up’ phase of the Terminal 2 demolition and re-build, providing superior workforce facilities in an exceptionally short space of time.
Elliott worked very hard from initial enquiry stage through to completion on site, understanding the clients required hand over date from day one, identifying key milestones for contract signing, design freeze and arrival on site to ensure these dates were met.
The Mission, Vision & Values statement of Reaseheath College promotes amongst other things “environmental sustainability through our behaviour” and has a sustainability policy promoting “awareness of sustainability” and “manage the college in an environmentally sound and sustainable way”.
