Requirement
Tesco wanted to work with a modular construction player to develop the concept ‘Click and Collect’ to provide a Drive-Thru service for their customers who do not want to do their weekly shop in store themselves, but who also do not have time to wait at home for a delivery. They can just Click and Collect on the Tesco website, then just drive up to a dedicated area where a Click and Collect Drive Thru pod has been installed, and their shopping is placed in their car for them so that they do not even have to get out of their car!
