Elliott Modular Buildings were approached to design and build the new regional offices for Bagnall & Morris Waste Services.
The accommodation was required to have the look and feel of a traditional building, but with the very tight programme which was to be achieved the building had to incorporate all the benefits that a modular building can offer - speed, quality and within budget.
