When South Shields Community School was awarded ‘Specialist’ status as a Business and Enterprise School they required something special for their new Business and Enterprise Centre. As an existing Elliott Modular Buildings customer they approached us for advice on what we could provide.
After receiving sponsorship from Blue Chip Organisations such as Price Waterhouse Cooper, they required a building that reflected the schools vision for the future and the nature of the clients who would utilise the building.
We immediately recognised that the most appropriate modular building would be our latest range, Progress. The Progress range is a stunning addition to the Elliott enterprise. With full glazing options and state of the art fixtures and fittings, its elegance is un-paralleled in the marketplace.
Project Information
The single storey building is made up of 6 modules on lease for a minimum 156wks and includes:
- IT Suite
- Reception
- Tea Room
- Toilets
- 3 Meeting Rooms
- IT Technician/Store Room

On completion of our fully detailed proposal, the Head Teacher and Support Services Manager visited our demonstration Progress building based in Thurrock. They were both so impressed with the structure and its modern appearance that they placed an order within two days of the viewing.
Elliott Modular Buildings have also provided six P130 modules with a stylish porch and full glazing to the front elevation of the building.
