Requirement

During the construction of a new Tesco Extra store in Crewe, Elliott Modular Buildings were tasked with the design and build of a temporary store for Tesco to be made available for 39 weeks, to provide their customers with a continual shopping experience.

Project Information

• 26 modules (14m long)
• Product - Classic Hybrid
• Total store floor area 10,000 sq ft

Features include:

• Double glazed solid clear safety glass
• Double glazed, solid clear safety glass fully automatic doors
• Swedecor tile flooring to store area
• White Polyester powder coated steel ceiling
• Cash office ceiling lined internally with gauge mesh overclad
• Full integrated panelling system (IPS) to vanity units and WCs
• Large open spaces created with removable steelwork

Elliott Modular Buildings provided the modular ‘ten thousand square foot retail store’ as a temporary solution for Tesco’s during the construction of a permanent store in Crewe.
