Elliott Modular Buildings were given the opportunity to design and build a permanent Express store for Tesco situated in Moreton on the Wirral. The store was designed and developed with a view to becoming a generic standard for all Tesco Express stores across the UK, with emphasis on creating the optimum design and cost solution.

Elliott Modular Buildings provided the modular ‘Express retail store’ as a permanent solution for Tesco’s with the majority of the construction taking place in our Carnaby manufacturing facility. The facility benefits from an extremely high quality retail space incorporating a ‘front of house retail area’ of 256 square metres, internal ATM accessible from the outside, cash office, staff area, chiller, freezer area, bakery and WC facilities. Elliott Modular Buildings were dedicated in ensuring that Tesco had the perfect modular solution for consideration on future applications.
