Benefits of an Elliott Endurance Solution
- Speed of construction
Having your sporting infrastructure up and running quickly means that you get the commercial benefits and a faster return on your investment. Build times are reduced by as much as 50 per cent compared to conventional methods, because the majority of the building elements can be completed before your building is delivered to site.
- Programme and cost certainty
Elliott understands the problem with limited budgets these days, and we appreciate your need for greater predictability of costs. The Elliott Endurance solution addresses these issues because it avoids the uncertainties resulting from conventional builds and associated issues of skills shortages on site and unpredictable weather conditions.
A standardised approach means that the Elliott Endurance range can be delivered more cost effectively, helping you to stay within your budgets while maintaining the quality and longevity you need.
- Minimised Site Disruption
Having an Endurance solution significantly reduces deliveries to site, reduces waste and leads to shorter build times – so there is minimum disruption to your infrastructure.
- Quality and compliance of build
Sporting professionals are starting to choose Elliott more and more because they know they will receive guaranteed levels of quality.
Choosing an Elliott Endurance system means that it can be specified to be fully compliant with all relevant building regulation requirements, including up to BREEAM Outstanding, and in line with all associated sporting guidelines.
