Elliott Group Sustainability Policy

We at Elliott recognise that our undertakings impact on the environment. We are addressing issues such as energy use, responsible sourcing, waste to landfill and carbon emissions.

Through the guidance of our Environmental Policy and drawing on the expertise of our Procurement Department we are developing a responsible sourcing policy toward selection of approved suppliers with environmental accreditation as well as opting for low-impact materials where possible.

Our building designers are working to improve their lifecycle environmental performance through specification, aftercare and refurbishment.

Using lean working processes we are driving out waste by reducing error and minimising lead times.

We are taking action to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by reducing demand for energy and fuel and are working on measuring our carbon footprint to identify actions to enable a measurable reduction.
