We can offer specialist decant facilities, whereby a whole school can be transferred to temporary modular accommodation whilst existing facilities are being refurbished, or a new school constructed. Facilities can be provided to lease or buy in either single or multi storey formats.

Case study

During the school holidays, an inspection of Thorns Community College in Brierley Hill was made by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. It was found that due to shifting foundations the annexe building was considered unsafe and eleven classrooms were immediately condemned. This left the council with no other alternative but to source temporary accommodation and contacted Elliott.

Our installation team were on site twelve hours a day, seven days a week to ensure the agreed three week schedule was completed on time and within budget.
