Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions has been commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to construct a new two-storey outpatients and office accommodation development at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Denbighshire, North Wales.
Elliott Off-Site Complete New Maple Ward at Scarborough General Hospital

Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions was commissioned by Scarborough and North East Yorkshire NHS Trust for the construction of the new Maple Ward, a 28-bed single-storey ward development at Scarborough General Hospital.
Oake and Bradford School Achieves BREEAM ‘Very Good’ Rating

Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions has completed a new 600m² development at Oake and Bradford Community Primary School in Somerset that will provide modern teaching facilities for all 58 students. This is the fourth school project that Elliott Off-site Building Solutions has successfully completed in quick succession for Somerset County Council.

Known as M-Block the building creates a new school library, student support facilities, speech and language classes, along with provision of a new state-of-the-art facility for Media, English and PE teaching.
Off-Site Building Solutions – Completes Medical Research Centre in 26 Weeks

Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions has demonstrated how its offsite hybrid construction systems can help with the complexities of city centre developments by completing the Icon Medical Trust Building in Manchester in just 26 weeks. The new medical research facility was commissioned by Manchester Royal Infirmary and will be operated by Icon, a medical research organisation.
