Case study

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board commissioned a new outpatients and office accommodation development at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Denbighshire, North Wales. The two storey building offers two outpatients clinics and office accommodation on the second floor.

The project achieves a BREEAM rating of Very Good, which met the board’s strict sustainable build criteria on this project.

Elliott was able to complete the development two weeks ahead of schedule and within budget.
