Case study

Elliott designed and built the permanent Express store for Tesco situated in Moreton on the Wirral.  The store was designed and developed with a view to becoming a generic standard for all Tesco Express stores across the UK, with emphasis on creating the optimum design and cost solution.

The majority of the construction took place in our Carnaby manufacturing facility.  The store offers a high quality retail space incorporating a ‘front of house’ of 256m², internal ATM accessible from the outside, cash office, staff area, chiller, freezer area, bakery and WC facilities.
