Portable Office Specification – Elliott Steelclad® Range

The Elliott Steelclad ® portable cabin has been designed and produced to the highest standards at one of own assembly plants. The result is a stylish cabin with a plastic coated (plastisol) exterior that not only looks good but also provides low maintenance with its easy clean finish. Internally, the white polyester coated walls create a light, pleasant environment and have a wipe down finish that makes it easy to keep clean.

All Elliott Steelclad ® offices for hire are provided with:

• thermostatically controlled electric heating and lighting to maintain office temperature
• vinyl floor covering for easy cleaning
• insulated walls, roof, floor and external door to reduce heat loss
• steel window guards to deter vandals
• high security door lock to resist break-ins
• Easi-load external jacklegs to adjust building on uneven ground

Portable Office Layouts – Elliott Steelclad® Range

Elliott Steelclad Range is available in a wide range of layouts to meet a number of requirements including:

• Two offices with partition and connecting door
• Three offices with partitions and connecting doors

Linking of Portable Offices

When a larger workforce needs to be housed we offer the flexibility to allow certain Elliott portable buildings to be linked together by means of a small link-way to create connecting offices.

There are no restrictions on the number of Elliott portable buildings that can be linked together as long as you have the space available. A popular choice is to have two partitions fitted to each building to form a corridor along the complex with an office on each side.

Stacking of Portable Offices

If you have limited ground space we can even supply a portable building placed on top of another to form a double stacking.

The upper level building is fitted with an external steel staircase supplied and installed by Elliott Support Services specialists. For those that want optimum use of ground space you should consider having double stacked buildings that are linked together to form a ground floor and first floor complex.

All portable buildings that are double stacked should have foundations to withstand the weight loads.
