Case study

Elliott has been awarded the contract to supply several new McDonald’s stores across the Midlands. Acting as Principle Contractor, we will manufacture, install and commission a series of new restaurants based on our market-leading modular construction system. Each restaurant will be completed and open for business on a four week site schedule.

The new restaurants represent cutting edge design and push the boundary of modular system performance. Completed restaurants are indistinguishable from traditional build, whist avoiding many of the issues associated with the latter, such as extended build schedules and site skills shortage.

Each of the 25-tonne modules that make up a new restaurant is supplied by Elliott fully finished and ready for connecting to services. The modules are hoisted into place on pre-prepared foundations.
