Elliott has been awarded the contract to supply new McDonald’s stores across the Midlands. Acting as Principle Contractor, we will manufacture, install and commission a series of new restaurants using our modular solution.

The modules are manufactured to McDonald’s exact specification and each restaurant will be completed and open for business on a four week site schedule.

Elliott is responsibility for all aspects of each restaurant’s construction, including site preparation, foundations, through to car parks and landscaping.

The new McDonald’s restaurants represent cutting edge design and push the boundary of modular system performance. Completed restaurants are indistinguishable from traditional build, whist avoiding many of the issues associated with the latter, such as extended build schedules and site skills shortage.
