Specialist Healthcare Applications
Advances in healthcare mean that modern facilities have to be able to adapt to new and changing needs. This often requires buildings that are flexible enough to cope with new equipment or layouts, or a cost effective solution that allows fast and efficient new facilities to be created that allow patients to benefit from new treatments sooner.

- Quality of build
Guaranteed levels of quality due to many of the elements being produced in an ISO9001 factory controlled environment.
- Speed of construction
Modular construction means the ward can be completed quicker and more efficiently, which means less disruption to existing hospital facilities.
Choosing a modular system means that it can be specified fully compliant with Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) and Health Building Notes (HBN) standards as well as all other health and building regulations.
Our modular construction systems has regularly been used to achieve the higher levels of BREEAM, the UK’s environmental assessment method and rating system for buildings. Modular construction also reduces both journeys to site and the amount of waste created compared to conventional build.
