At Elliott, we are proud of our Apprentices.  We have over 20 apprentices in learning at any one time, developing their knowledge and skills, maximising their potential and building a career.

Apprenticeships are a great way to grow our workforce; they combine on-the-job training with off-the-job learning at college or online. The learning takes place in work context and provides a real understanding of the working world, combining practical skills with theoretical knowledge. Elliott have partnered with several training providers including JTL, Professional Academy, Interserve and SECTT to provide training for our apprentices in the UK.  These have been designed so apprentices contribute to Elliott’s productivity while developing their own skills.

At Elliott, the Apprentice is placed at the heart of the apprenticeship programme, we provide ongoing support, training, pastoral care and mentoring.  Each apprentice has a dedicated mentor, (to train and support them whilst at work) along with their Manager who will lead and inspire the apprentice’s behaviours and work ethic.

Coming soon is the new Construction Assembly and Installation Apprenticeship, designed for our Modular Cabin Fitters and Service Engineers.  Elliott have been instrumental in the design of this new apprenticeship, which will be launched in 2021.
