Key Success Factors

You’ll need to understand your business areas in order to do this, and work in tandem with the Directors you partner to ensure the best outcomes for the business.

Sometimes this will involve using your curiosity and creativity to deliver innovative people solutions to a business problem, and sometimes this will mean providing direct feedback to the leaders you work with to ensure their success and the business’ success.

You will develop the people plan for your functions with your business leaders, and in partnership with the wider HR team, and own them jointly with the functional leaders, driving them through to successful conclusion.

You will also work with the HR team to ensure our direction and projects will deliver what your business areas need, being involved in some of those projects to ensure we don’t lose sight of business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

The HRBP role exists to enable our business areas to achieve their objectives, both through and for their people.

This means we work across the People and functional teams to ensure our organisation structure, talent management, recruitment, engagement and performance management enables our people to develop and to succeed, in turn ensuring our business is successful.

You will have the autonomy to decide the best way in which to deliver great people outcomes to grow our business, and the support of the whole HR team to make it happen.
