<p>•Company revenue targets, specifically targets for field sales<br />colleagues<br />•Quote, closed order and order conversion rate % by directly<br />supporting field sales colleagues to agreed administration standards<br />•An accurate and well managed sales pipeline consistent with delivery<br />of company and individual revenue targets by directly supporting field<br />sales colleagues to agreed administration standards<br />•Continued growth from opportunities generated from supporting field<br />sales colleagues with any customer contact<br />•A high level of accuracy when processing orders as measured by<br />customer experience audit pass rate and low volume of queried<br />invoices<br />•Compliance with all requirements to maintain salesforce to standards<br />set by the company</p>

Roles and Responsibilities

<p>•Providing right first time administration to ensure efficient processing<br />of orders through to delivery<br />•Supporting field sales customers to deliver an excellent customer<br />experience, via the enquiry process, which ensures repeat business<br />•Contributing towards meeting and/or exceeding set targets, objectives<br />and expectations<br />•Promoting all product ranges and services to maximise client spend<br />•Closing down lost enquiries effectively<br />•Working on your own initiative and providing customers with a quick response to problem solve any issues that could prevent a sale<br />•Where required generate opportunities for sales colleagues to pursue<br />•Providing support to other departments and associated<br />administration functions<br />•Attending training to develop knowledge, sales techniques and<br />personal skills<br />•Carrying out daily tasks, which will include (and not be limited to):<br />•Preparing list of information that’s required for proposal packs<br />•Supporting large project calls<br />•Raising the quotation<br />•Processing orders<br />•New credit account applications including all invoice address<br />details<br />•Pro forma invoices<br />•Logging service queries qualify how we respond & by whom<br />•Process adherence<br />•Invoice queries</p>
