Elliott, part of Algeco Scotsman, has been accredited to the prestigious Investors in People Silver Award just 12 months after achieving a Bronze Award.
During the Investors in People assessment auditors visited a large number of Elliott locations throughout the UK involved in portable cabins, modular buildings and portable toilets. During the assessment interviews were held with many Elliott people across a wide variety of business functions.
Following the internationally recognised accreditation an Investors in People spokesperson said, “Elliott is a forward-thinking company with an ambitious 2020 Vision and Business Plan. The company is striving to develop a strong people-centred culture, with effective supporting processes and high levels of employee engagement, combined to improve business performance. A strategic goal is to be a great company to work for, verified by internal review data and external assessments.”
