In line with this, Elliott are pleased to announce the introduction of the Elliott Employee Assistance Programme delivered by Sovereign Health Care.

An employer-sponsored employee assistance plan (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to identify and assist employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting their performance at work, such as marital, financial or emotional problems; family issues; or substance or alcohol abuse.

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available to all Elliott employees and offers support, information and advice to help prepare for life’s predictable events as well as the unpredictable ones. Some of the services our employees have access to include:

• 24 hour Telephone Counselling
• 24 hour Medical Helpline
• Support for Managers
• Help with Depression, Anxiety or Stress
• Support with Parenting and Family Issues
• Debt, financial and legal information
• Critical Incident Support
• General Citizens information
• Face to Face Counselling (where necessary)
