Elliott were successfully awarded the contract to provide a modular structure for Jaguar Land Rover at their design and engineering facilities at Gaydon in Warwickshire.
Jaguar Land Rover had an urgent requirement for accommodation to house up to 600 personnel, as an integral part of their undertaking of a new project.
The three storey Progress building was installed in early May to meet the desired programme and was fitted out to a high standard. Due to increasing staff numbers, Elliott were able to add another floor to the building making it now a four storey building to accommodate the extra staff. The existing lower modules were pre-designed to accept an additional floor complete with extended staircase and lift capability.
144 modules, now increased to 192 modules Total floor area 5447 square metres, now increased to 7,262 sq ms.
