One of the easiest ways for public sector organisations to conform with these regulations is to use framework agreements. These agreements are set-up for specific categories of goods and services and feature companies who have been through a rigorous evaluation process, resulting in them being approved as suppliers for the framework.

Mod-C Secondary School Framework (Department for Education)
The Modular C programme for replacing secondary school teaching blocks, worth around £300million of projects. Elliott is an approved supplier delivering secondary schools of value up to £25million.  – Expires 1 July 2022

MMC1 Framework (Department for Education)
This £3billion framework is the next step in the evolution of offsite construction of school buildings. It follows the previous DfE modular A, B and C frameworks. The MMC1 framework uses the next generation in standardised school design which builds on earlier component design approaches to offsite construction and incorporates changes to the standard output specification driving towards net zero carbon in use - Expires 8 January 2024.
