My passion to provide support and direction to my team allows individuals to develop professionally and ensures Sales Operations utilises metrics, reports and systems to provide the support to our sales team that empowers them to be successful in their challenging roles.
I am an experienced pricing and commercial analytics manager, with over 15 years’ experience in a variety of private and public sector roles. I’ve worked in Marketing all my career following my first job as a Graduate Trainee. I love the breadth of its scope and its creativity, so I never get bored! Nothing beats producing communications and watching them turn into revenue for the business. There’s lots of market potential for Elliott, which means potential to develop the marketing function.
I lead the Internal Sales team at Elliott having original started in our Finance function. I am passionate about customer service and delivering excellence to our customers, whilst also being committed to supporting my team to grow into the best versions of themselves.
