As the Assistant Manufacturing Manager for Seismic you will be responsible for the front line assistance to the Manufacturing Manager in the safe and efficient production of Modular buildings ensuring we maximise offsite production maintaining excellence in product quality where buildings are completed on time and to budget.

As Contracts Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful operational delivery of Projects ensuring safety, product quality are completed within the contracted timescales and to budget.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the operational delivery side of the project through both Pre and Post Construction phase’s working with both internal and external stakeholders delivering quality within the scope of the design and build form of contract.
Lead a team of designers, providing hands on support to deliver post contract design of a wide variety construction projects including education, healthcare and commercial using offsite, volumetric building systems.
Liaise directly with clients and their professional teams to create construction issue design drawings, schedules and specifications and manage and coordinate design information from consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Manage the submission of building control applications and coordinate and where necessary produce the required supporting documentation to demonstrate compliance.
Where necessary the team will manage the discharge of planning conditions ensuring they are addressed in a timely fashion line with the key programme milestones.
The Elliott Modular Sale pre-construction team is based in our Leeds office. • Lead the team of Estimators within the pre-construction team to ensure the Nett cost of all bids is established prior to Board approval and client submission. • Ensure all bid submissions are backed up with demonstrable and achievable nett cost details. • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of analytical cost estimates that reflect the program, methodology and risk profile developed by the bid team. • Work with the wider pre-construction team to develop risk and opportunity strategies for all bidding activity, including building relationships with the supply chain. • Assist the pre-construction team to manage a growing workload of new enquiries. • Support the sales team with budget proposals for speculative enquiries. • At scheme launch, ensure the delivery team are fully briefed on the commercial strategy taken at bid stage.

Working with the site management and engineering teams your role will be to support design and build quality 4.0 digital quality system working with the Seismic II project team from concept design to implementation and management of the QMS and MES Managing SHEQ supporting the line management throughout Elliott Carnaby site management team, including operations and sub-contractors on site in all aspects of Safety Health Environmental Quality. Champion all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability across the Carnaby facility with a view to develop and embed a culture of safety. To provide operational Safety Health Environmental Quality leadership across the Carnaby site operations to be the focal point of all matters pertaining to Safety Health Environmental Quality in all areas of the operation. To develop and implement a Health, Safety Health Environmental Quality practises in line with the central SHEQ team.
<p>To manage, lead, mentor and motivate an operational team of direct reports to deliver internal and external customer expectations in line with company EH&S and quality guidelines whilst controlling costs (materials, subcontractors, transport impact etc).</p>
